HI! We’re glad you found our page! MCCR is located in the heart of the Capitol Hill Neighborhood in Denver, CO. Since 1973, we have been the original inclusive church in Denver, and today we welcome everyone to join us to continue that tradition! Come as you are; straight, no straight, LGBTQ+, raised in church, never been to church, want to heal from church wounds, like to sing out loud, can’t carry a note with a bucket, we have a seat for you! And yes, ADA service animals are always welcome.

Metropolitan Community Churches are one chapter in the story of the Church, the Body of Christ. We are people on a journey, learning to live into our spirituality, while affirming our bodies, our genders, our sexualities. We don’t all believe exactly the same things. And yet in the midst of our diversity, we build community, grounded in God’s radically inclusive love for all people. We are part of an ongoing conversation on matters of belief and faith, shaped by scripture and the historic creeds, building on those who have come before us. Our chapter begins when God says to us: “Come, taste, and see.”
